What's in the name?

An essential part of reconnecting with our inner REAL self is to take time each day to relax and meditate. In doing this we calm our inner spirit and begin to listen to our spirit guides. Meditations can be guided or topic based and all religions have mediation as an essential part of their spiritual growth. In this busy world of technology it is important to "Unplug" and listen to our bodies and inner self.

Tranquil Being aims to help people - connect with their Real Self, their spirit and spirit guides, to reach a higher sense of purpose and to develop spiritually whilst learning to better communicate and understand their body mind relationship.
